Rachel O'Connell is a seasoned professional in the finance and strategy sectors with a strong background in investment banking and venture capital. Currently serving as Principal at HSP - Henkel Search Partners since October 2023, Rachel previously held the title of Vice President at Fifth Wall from November 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Strategy and Director of Growth at Foxtrot, as well as Senior Associate and Associate roles at S2G Ventures. Rachel began a career at Baird as an Investment Banking Analyst focused on the consumer sector. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a concentration in Finance and International Business, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington.
