Group Housing & Support Director at HSPG

Wendy Pretten has a diverse work experience in the housing industry. Wendy is currently serving as the Group Housing & Support Director at HSPG, where they are responsible for managing housing services and promoting growth. Prior to this role, they worked as an Independent Senior Consultant and also served as the Interim Head of Park Properties Housing Association. In addition, Wendy has experience as an Independent Consultant and has held various leadership positions at Places for People, including Managing Director England, Managing Director Places Homes, Business Transformation Director, and Programme Director Business Transformation. Wendy has also worked as the Head of Income Recovery, Community Safety & Leasehold Management, overseeing debt collection and providing financial advice. Wendy has also contributed as a Board member and Trustee at LIFT and as a Regional Housing Director North at Affinity Sutton.

Wendy Pretten has a BSC Honours degree, a PGDIP, and CIH qualification in Housing from The University of Salford.
