Scott Schnaidt is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at HST since April 2023, Scott focuses on providing innovative Referenced Based Pricing solutions for self-funded employers. Prior to this role, Scott was the Director of Business Development at Imagine360, working to simplify health insurance and enhance cost savings for members and employers. Scott's career at UnitedHealth Group spanned nearly two decades, during which Scott held positions such as Senior Strategic Account Executive and Senior Implementation Project Manager, managing significant accounts, client relationships, and project management across national teams.
