Amy Ishmael

Amy Ishmael is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at HST Pathways since December 2021, Amy previously contributed to Casetabs as Lead Product Manager and Vice President of Customer Success, where notable achievements included maintaining a 99% customer retention rate and successfully implementing over 200 surgery centers. Beginning a career at United Surgical Partners International, Inc., Amy gained experience as a Surgery Scheduling Coordinator and in various roles including Administrator Internship and Lead GI Lab Technician. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Ashford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver.
