James Lord

James Lord is a Partner at HTA Design LLP, a housing and regeneration design consultancy, since May 2003, where the focus is on collaboration and placemaking to meet clients' needs. Previously, James served on the Board of Trustees for the Landscape Institute from 2015 to July 2019 and worked as a Landscape Architect at Lovejoy London from January 1999 to 2003, leading design for various developments. Prior experience includes roles at Shepheard Epstein Hunter and Atkins as a Landscape Architect, contributing to project delivery and design. James holds a BA(hons) BLA in Landscape Architecture from The Manchester Metropolitan University, obtained in 1996, and attended The Leys Cambridge from 1984 to 1988.
