Carmen Segura

Carmen Segura is an experienced professional in special education, currently serving as SPED & SEIT and SEIT Manager at Achieve Beyond since July 2015. Carmen has also held positions in SEIT & SPED at HTA of New York, Inc. since 2003 and worked as an SEIT at Advanced Therapeutic Concepts from January 2005 to 2015. Responsibilities include providing special education services to children in homes and preschools, as well as evaluating children for educational delays. Carmen holds a Master of Science in Childhood Education & Special Education from Long Island University-Rockland Campus, an MBA in Marketing Management from Pace University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz.
