Kelly Banker

Kelly Banker possesses extensive experience in special education, currently serving as a Special Educator, SEIT, EI, and ABA at both HTA of New York, Inc and Achieve Beyond since January 2018. Prior to these roles, Kelly held the position of Special Education Itinerant Teacher and Special Education Teacher at the New York Center for Child Development from November 2009 to January 2018. Academically, Kelly has earned a Master of Science in Early Childhood & Special Education from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Political Science from Dominican University New York.
