Jeff Lilly is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the public sector and technology industries. Currently serving as Vice President - Public Sector at HTC Global Services, Jeff oversees sales execution, government relations, and client relationship management, holding P&L responsibility for a public sector practice group generating over $75 million in annual recurring revenue. Previous roles include Vice President of Partnerships at Benefits Data Trust, where Jeff managed a $40 million organization focused on improving citizen lives through technology, and U.S Enterprise Director at Columbus, directing a nationwide sales organization for data solutions. Jeff has also served as Vice President of Sales & Government Relations at RCR Technology Corporation, led the Government Relations Practice at The Third House Advocacy Group, and provided municipal finance consulting at Crowe Horwath LLP. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Millikin University.
