Sandra Marshall

Sandra Marshall, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology and interoperability. Currently serving as Senior Director in the Healthcare Domain at HTC Global Services since 2025, Sandra has held several key positions, including Director of Public Health Interoperability and IT Systems at Altarum from 2023 to 2025, and Senior Product Manager for Integrations and Interoperability at GHX from 2022 to 2023.
