Adam Smith

Adam Smith, MSHRM, SPHR, is the Vice President of Human Resources at HTeaO, where they currently oversee HR strategies and initiatives. With extensive experience in the restaurant industry, Adam previously held roles such as HR Manager and HR Generalist at Taco Bell, where they focused on building high-performance teams and managing employee relations. Prior to that, Adam served as a Recruiting and Training Manager at Mass Electric Construction Company, promoting from an HR Specialist, and worked as an HR Specialist at Washington Mutual and HR Technician at Citi. Adam earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Management and Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
