Jordan Summerville

Jordan Summerville has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. They started their career as an Analyst at C-III Realty Services in 2011 and later became an Associate and Senior Associate. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Associate at BridgeCap Partners. In 2016, they joined NAI Global as a Vice President and later became the Senior Vice President - Capital Markets. In 2019, they became the Managing Director at BridgeCap Partners. In 2022, they worked as a Principal at Ville CRE. In 2023, they became the Director of Real Estate Development at ProperTea Holdings, an HTeaO Company, before assuming the role of Vice President of Real Estate at HTeaO. They also have experience as a Facilities Manager at Dallas Baptist University from 2008 to 2011.
