Justin Howe has a diverse work experience. Justin started their career as a Flight Instructor and Owner Operator at Justin Howe Companies in 2001. Justin then became the President at Howe Enterprises Inc. and President / Chief Pilot at Go-Time Inc. In 2013, they became the Chief Executive Officer at HTeaO and in 2017, they became the President / CEO at J Howe Capital LLC. Justin has also worked as a Family Man since 1998.

Justin Howe attended Spartan School of Aeronautics, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General. Justin also holds certifications as a Commercial Aircraft Pilot in Single Engine land, Multi Engine land, and Rotorcraft from the Federal Aviation Administration.
