Barbara Petrovic

Barbara Petrovic is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist at HTEC Group since April 2022, overseeing the full-life cycle recruitment process and collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to enhance talent acquisition strategies. Prior to that, Barbara managed the IT Bootcamp at the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, facilitating the retraining of individuals into the IT sector and successfully placing a majority of enrolled students in relevant jobs. Additional experience includes roles as an Assistant Underwriter at Outsource Insurance Professionals and HR Administrator at Credit Agricole Srbija. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Organizational Sciences, with a focus on Management and Marketing Engineering, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Belgrade.
