Irena Pavlovic

Irena Pavlovic is a dedicated graduate teaching assistant at FEFA Faculty, specializing in cognitive processes for business psychology students since November 2023. As a senior CX/UX researcher at HTEC Group since July 2021, Irena conducts comprehensive research to deliver actionable insights, while also previously serving as a CX/UX researcher focused on product discovery across various industries. Co-founding Promogation in February 2022, Irena leverages indoor navigation technology for innovative advertising strategies in supermarkets. With significant experience in academic settings, including roles as a laboratory demonstrator and research associate at the University of Belgrade, Irena has contributed to the fields of cognition and social psychology. Irena holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology, alongside master's and bachelor's degrees in Psychology from the same institution.
