Milana Tarlac has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Branch Manager and International Talent Acquisition Lead at HTEC Group since September 2020. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Bravo Systems d.o.o. and Bulgartabac (FDBL), as well as positions focused on HR consultancy and development at Trizma, NCR Corporation, and Lanaco Company. Milana began a career in accounting as an Assistant Chief Accountant at Ekolrad d.o.o. Education includes a Master's degree in Communication and Public Relations with a focus on Employer Branding from the Faculty of Media and Communications, alongside a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka.
