Zarko Kaludjerovic

Zarko Kaludjerovic currently serves as the Director of Corporate Finance and M&A at HTEC, a position held since September 2022, and also holds the role of Head of M&A and Corporate Finance at the same company. Prior to this, Zarko was Vice President at Temcour Advisory from November 2020 to November 2024 and worked as a Startup Mentor and Portfolio Manager at Impact Hub Belgrade from March 2020 to March 2021. Zarko's earlier career includes significant roles at PwC Serbia as Manager and Senior Consultant, Kvantum Capital Partners as Associate and Financial Analyst, and as a Co-Founder of Stealthcorp, which developed a cloud ERP solution for SMEs. The career began as a Financial Analyst at Sofitel Oditor from May 2008 to 2011. Zarko holds a degree from Alfa University Belgrade.
