Sarah Ramji, P.Eng, PMP, PMI-ACP

Sarah Ramji, P.Eng, PMP, PMI-ACP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2012, Sarah worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras for a brief period.

In 2013, Sarah joined the University of Toronto as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute for Aerospace Studies. During this time, they conducted research on turbulent combustion systems and gained expertise in statistical analysis and interpretation of large data sets.

In 2014, Sarah took on the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto, where they assisted in teaching and supporting undergraduate students.

From 2015 onwards, Sarah worked at Tower Solutions Inc., initially as a Project Engineer and later as a Project Manager. As a Project Engineer, they designed emergency restoration towers for electrical power transmission lines, utilizing software such as PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole, TOWER, Autodesk Inventor, and ANSYS. Sarah also completed training courses in TOWER and PLS-CADD. In their role as a Project Manager, Sarah was responsible for project planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring. Sarah managed internal projects, including ERP implementation, software development, and R&D projects.

In 2023, Sarah joined HTEC as a Project Manager, focusing on infrastructure projects.

Throughout their career, Sarah has acquired certifications as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

Sarah Ramji, P.Eng, PMP, PMI-ACP has a strong educational background in engineering. Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from SSN College of Engineering, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Applied Sciences (MASc) degree in Aerospace Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sarah has also obtained several professional certifications. Sarah is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) through both Engineers and Geoscientists BC and Professional Engineers Ontario. Sarah obtained their P.Eng designation in December 2022 and September 2022, respectively.

Furthermore, Sarah holds certifications in project management. Sarah is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), both accredited by the Project Management Institute. Sarah obtained their PMP certification in October 2021 and their PMI-ACP certification in November 2021.
