Tom Ng, P.Eng 黃鴻程

Tom Ng, P.Eng 黃鴻程 has over 16 years of experience in engineering roles. Tom is currently the Station and Distribution Engineering Manager at HTEC, where they lead a team in technical analysis, continuous improvement, and project startup for hydrogen operations. Prior to this, they worked at Technical Safety BC as the Leader of Engineering and Provincial Safety Manager, overseeing engineering activities. Tom also has experience at ConocoPhillips as the Lead Mechanical Engineer, focusing on project management, design, and risk assessment. Tom has worked as a Static Equipment Reliability Engineer at Cenovus Energy, a Contact Engineer at Suncor Energy, and a Mechanical Engineer at Husky Energy. Tom began their career as a Jr. Project Piping Engineer at Tri Ocean Engineering LTD, working on sour gas well tie-in projects. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in problem analysis, root cause investigation, and compliance with engineering standards and codes.
