Paweł Kałuża

Paweł Kałuża's work experience includes senior managerial roles in project management at HTL-STREFA S.A. and project management positions at Danfoss. At HTL-STREFA S.A., they led new product development and change projects for medical devices and participated in the management of the NPD project portfolio. Paweł also coordinated the screening and assessment of NPD initiatives, shaped the project roadmap, and set project priorities. Additionally, Paweł adjusted, improved, and created procedures and tools in the project management office and organization to facilitate better and faster project execution.

At Danfoss, Paweł served as a project manager and was responsible for optimizing product lifecycle management. Paweł standardized processes and procedures related to product lifecycle management in a matrix organization. Paweł also worked as a marketing and product management consultant, participating in the Danfoss Postgraduate Program and completing various projects. These projects included designing and building a new watermaker unit and developing business cases for new product development projects. As a marketing and technical support consultant, they provided assistance in defining future variable speed product portfolios and building sales forecasts.

Before Danfoss, Paweł had an internship as a technical and market support intern at Danfoss and served as a consultant at Open Finance. Paweł also had an internship as a service engineer at Elektromechanika Chłodnicza, where they gained experience in the maintenance and assembly of refrigeration systems.

From 2003 to 2009, Paweł Kałuża attended Warsaw University of Technology where they pursued a Master's degree in the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering. Their specialization during this time was in the field of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
