Troy Salinas

Troy Salinas is the oldest of Rey's children, growing up in the industry often tagging along with his Father to the office during his early days with Bell and later when his father started HTS.

Following High School, Troy attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where he earned a Business Degree. While in college he continued to work for HTS in sales and marketing; and later in business and finance. Following graduation, he joined HTS full-time as Business Manager, eventually becoming President.

Troy holds multiple sales and technical certifications in telephone system, computers and computer networking and cabling from the partners like Microsoft, SonicWall, Toshiba, Mitel, NEC, Panduit, Belden and Hitachi. He is also a Master Technician for ICC Cabling Solutions and licensed with the State of Texas Private Security Bureau.

Troy has also been a leader in San Antonio community. He was awarded a certificate of accomplishment from the Community Minority Advancement Program at the University of Texas at Austin; with a “Community MBA”. He was part of the 1997 Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Hispanic Professional Leadership Conference and Leadership San Antonio 31, where he co-chaired quality of life day. Troy is also a graduate of Central Catholic High School and served as an Alumni Association Board Member and former President.
