Florentina Popazu has a diverse background in IT sourcing, project management, and service management. From roles as a Strategic Sourcing Manager to a Project Manager, Florentina has demonstrated strong negotiation skills and the ability to implement transparent processes. With experience in companies such as Endava and BCR, Florentina has managed infrastructure projects, coordinated regional sourcing teams, and implemented IT asset management functions. Florentina holds a degree in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Bucharest and an MBA in Management from IAE FRANCE.
