Megan Smith

Megan Smith is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and a focus on early careers and graduate programs. Currently serving as the Senior HR & Graduate Recruitment Officer at PKF Littlejohn since March 2018, Megan manages high-volume recruitment processes and oversees candidate pipelines. Previously, Megan held roles at Goldman Sachs and Inmarsat, where responsibilities included managing candidate lifecycles, utilizing various recruitment systems, and coordinating travel arrangements for senior executives. Earlier experience includes trend analysis at the Financial Ombudsman Service and a customer service role at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
