Jacek Mis

Jacek Mis has held a variety of roles in the life sciences industry since 2002. Jacek began their career as a Research Assistant at The University of British Columbia, followed by a role as Research Technician. In 2007, they were promoted to Transgenic Specialist. In 2014, they moved to Vancouver Division of Family Practice as a Senior Business Analyst. Later that year, they returned to Aspect Biosystems as a Business Development Associate. In 2016, they joined Hive Business Solutions Inc. as Principal, working with businesses, organizations and government agencies providing expertise in healthcare, life sciences, technology, and financial services. In 2017, they were hired as Business Development Manager at adMare BioInnovations. From 2018 to 2022, they served as Senior Business Development Manager and Business Development Manager at Aspect Biosystems. Jacek is currently Director of Business Development at HTuO Biosciences.

Jacek Mis obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UBC Sauder School of Business. Prior to that, they earned an MSc in Medical Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University and a BSc in Cell Biology and Genetics from The University of British Columbia. In October 2021, they also obtained a Section4 Certified Strategist certification from Section4.
