Stephanie Lau has accumulated a strong work experience in various organizations. Stephanie has held the position of Deputy Director (Organisational Development & Culture) at HTX since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the Energy Market Authority as Deputy Director (Organizational Development) from May 2017 to May 2023. Stephanie also held various positions at CPF Board from December 2011 to May 2017. In addition, they worked as a Freelance HR Consultant and Trainer from July 2010 to December 2011, collaborating with several organizations. Stephanie has also gained experience at Civil Service College, National Environment Agency, and Ministry of Transport, Singapore, where they held various positions over the years.

Stephanie Lau completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Japanese Studies & English Language at the National University of Singapore from 1991 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained their GCE 'A' Level Certificate in Humanities from Catholic Junior College in 1990. Stephanie also completed their GCE 'O' Levels in Humanities at the Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus from 1985 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as team psychological safety, change management, and training and assessment.
