Wayne Foo

Wayne Foo has a diverse work experience that spans different roles and responsibilities. Wayne is currently working as a Lead Engineer at HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) in the field of Cybersecurity Governance. Previously, they served as an Assistant Vice President at DBS Bank, where they conducted independent technology-related audits. Before that, Wayne worked at the Auditor-General's Office, where they held various positions, including Assistant Director and Senior Audit Officer, focusing on IT audits. Wayne also worked as a Cyber Operations Engineer at CPF Board, where they were responsible for monitoring and detecting security breaches. Wayne also had an internship at Temasek Polytechnic, where they gained experience as a Customer Service Representative, IT Support Specialist, and Operations Manager.

Wayne Foo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma with Merit in Mobile & Network Services from Temasek Polytechnic between 2010 and 2013.

In terms of certifications, Wayne has obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in 2022. Wayne also holds certifications such as Certified In Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Level 1- Foundation 2018.3 and Level 2 - Orchestrator 2018.3 from UiPath, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) v10 from EC-Council, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), CompTIA Security Analytics Professional (CSAP), CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation v3 in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA).
