Zheshen Zhuang

Zheshen Zhuang currently serves as the Head at HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) since December 2019. Prior to this role, Zheshen was a Senior Assistant Director in the Science & Technology Group at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore from October 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included managing the implementation of emergency alert systems. Zheshen's earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Engineer at DSTA from August 2006 to October 2015, overseeing front-end planning and system design for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C3I) projects. Additional roles include serving as a Manager at the Defence Research & Technology Office from November 2010 to March 2013, focusing on portfolio management and defense technology relations, and a Teaching Assistant at Cornell University from August 2004 to May 2005. Zheshen holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
