Noman Akhtar

Noman Akhtar is an experienced quantitative trader currently serving as an Assistant Quantitative Trader at Huobi Global since January 2020, focusing on volatility trading and OTC desk operations. Prior to this role, Noman worked at Diginex as a Data Analyst in Arbitrage, where a trading, analytics, and risk management platform for Delta One derivatives of cryptocurrencies was developed. Noman started their career as a Junior Associate at Lynk Global, assisting in connecting management consultancies with industry leaders and expanding the company's presence in Africa. An internship at ASM Pacific Technology Ltd. involved conducting data analytics for engineering projects. Noman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and has completed GCE A Levels at Karachi Grammar School and GCE O Levels at Karachi Public School.
