Javier Fadul

Chief Innovation Officer at HTX Labs

Javier Fadul has had a long and varied career in the tech industry. Javier began in 2002 as an Interactive Intern for Six Foot Studios. In 2005, they were promoted to Creative Developer at the same company and remained in that role until 2008, when they moved to Culture Pilot as a User Experience Coordinator. From 2013 to 2017, they were a User Experience Architect at Intentive Information Design. In 2012, they also took on the role of Curator and Experience Coordinator at Visualized Inc. In 2009, they began working as a TEDxHouston Curator, and in 2017 they became the Chief Innovation Officer at HTX Labs.

Javier Fadul attended the University of Houston from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a double Bachelor in Psychology and Philosophy, with a focus on Cognitive Psychology, Perception, Communications, and Philosophy. Javier then attended TED.com from 2007 to 2019, where they earned a Transhumanism degree in Nanotechnology, Vulnerability, Neuroscience, and Linguistics, with a focus on Community.
