Michelle Fraser is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, leadership, and customer success. Michelle holds an MBA, PMP, CSM, and ITIL certifications. Michelle's work experience starts from the year 2007, when they worked as a Sr. Strategic Project Manager at Lincoln Financial Group. During their job, they managed various projects and enhanced business processes. After that, Michelle worked with several notable companies such as Ivy Tech Community College, Vera Bradley, MedPro Group, and Parkview Health, holding various leadership and project management roles. Michelle also worked with Valid as a Customer Success Manager and Senior Project Manager. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at HTX Labs. Michelle has an outstanding track record of successfully managing projects of various sizes and complexities.

Michelle Fraser holds an MBA in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they earned between 2000 to 2003. Michelle also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ball State University - Miller College of Business between 1989 to 1993. In addition, Michelle has obtained two certifications: ITIL Foundation ITSM from ITSM Academy in October 2017, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in June 2009.
