Rebeka Bernstein

Rebeka Bernstein, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned People & Culture leader with nearly a decade of experience scaling high-growth consumer brands. Rebeka held positions such as Executive Assistant at Warner Music Group and Blue Apron, Project Manager at Heidrick & Struggles, and Chief of Staff at WeWork. Currently, they serve as an HR and Culture Consultant at The Culture Studio HR, focusing on leadership development and employee engagement. Earlier, Rebeka led people and culture initiatives at Hu and co-founded a company with ties to Buzzfeed. They hold a BA from Queens College.
