Yang Zhong

Yang Zhong is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer of Huabao Science Center (Shanghai) and the Director of Innovation at Huabao International Holdings Ltd since September 2023. Previously, Yang held the position of Head of Asia Open Innovation at BAT from September 2020 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Market/Business Development Manager Asia and Innovation Manager Asia at Rogers Corporation from January 2015 to August 2020, as well as serving as a Senior Research Engineer at Saint-Gobain Research North America from April 2012 to January 2015. Yang Zhong earned a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, followed by a Ph.D. in the same field from the University of Connecticut, and completed an exchange program in Materials Engineering at City University of Hong Kong.
