Carol Zhao

Carol (HaiYan) Zhao is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications, specializing in 5G RAN technical services at Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd since January 2014. Expert in 5G E2E trials and lab testing, Carol has directed key projects in early 5G software/hardware integration and feature verification. Prior roles include technical customer support for LTE/UMTS RAN at Huawei, software development testing for LTE eNodeB at Nokia Siemens Networks, and various development and testing positions at Motorola Solutions, including software development and system integration testing for GSM and UMTS technologies. Carol holds a Master's degree in Signal and Information Processing from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Information Systems from Lanzhou University.
