Qin Wu

Qin Wu is currently the Chair of the IETF SCONE Working Group and a member of various IETF directorates, including the Performance Measurement Directorate and the OPS-DIR Directorate. They have extensive experience in network management and standardization, having worked at Huawei Technologies since 2006 and engaged in significant projects such as the FP6 Enable Project and NGMN mobile backbone project. Wu's technical contributions include a focus on media streaming, SDN, NFV, and various networking topics, resulting in a notable publication record with 42 RFCs and 11 IETF WG drafts. Previously, they held roles as chair and co-chair of multiple IETF working groups, demonstrating a strong leadership presence within the standards community.
