Sailing Liu is currently the Software Service Director for the West European Region at Huawei, having held various roles within the company since 2004. They previously served as a Project Director and Program Director from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, Sailing gained extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple regions, including Western Africa and Bangladesh.
