Pavel Buzek

Pavel Buzek is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, and management across several prominent companies. Currently serving as a Technical Fellow at Indeed.com since March 2020, Buzek has held multiple roles including Principal Engineer, focusing on engineering platforms, continuous integration and delivery, developer productivity, and AWS migration. Previously, Buzek worked at Google as a Senior SRE Manager and at Amazon in various positions including Software Development Manager and Software Development Engineer, where contributions included enhancing book discovery through machine learning and managing deployment systems. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at Estately, Cozi Group, and Amazon, along with a long tenure at Sun Microsystems as a NetBeans Architect. Buzek holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Charles University, completed between 1991 and 1997.
