Sergey Belov

Sergey Belov is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technology planning and university relations. Currently serving as the Technology Planning and Technology Cooperation Director at Huawei Cloud Computing since April 2020, Sergey leads efforts in technical planning and research ecosystem development while promoting technology transfer.
