Usman Akram

Usman Akram is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as Team Lead for RF Planning & Optimization at Huawei since September 2021. In this role, Usman Akram is responsible for technical support, network expansion, rollout delivery, and customer support, while leading a team of RF engineers. Prior to Huawei, Usman Akram held various positions at LCC from April 2008 to August 2021, including Team Lead for the Ufone-Huawei NPM project and RF Optimization Consultant, along with experience in RF planning for Vodafone in Germany and Telenor projects. Usman Akram also briefly worked at AdvaComm as an RF Planning & Optimization Engineer for the Etisalat project in the UAE. Usman Akram holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), obtained in 2008.
