Wayne (Wei) Z. is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in ICT sales and channel business development, currently serving as the Director of Commercial & Distribution Business at Huawei Italy. Previously, Wayne held various leadership positions at Huawei, including Centro & South Region Sales Director and Head of Alliance Sales, where they managed teams to drive business growth and digitalization initiatives. Wayne has also gained valuable experience as a Project Coordinator at IBM and as a Volunteer Teacher at YaoZhai nine-year compulsory education school. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from Shenzhen University and dual Executive MBA degrees from the University of Cologne Business School and the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
