Wendy Duan is currently the Chief Legal Counsel for Global Cloud & E-commerce at Huawei Technologies, where they lead a team supporting the company's cloud, IoT, blockchain, AI, big data, and e-commerce business on a global scale. Previously, they served as a Senior Legal Counsel at Oracle China for a decade, focusing on cloud computing and technology licensing. Wendy began their legal career as a paralegal at a local law firm, assisting in a variety of legal matters. They are presently pursuing a Master's degree in Civil & Commercial Law at China University of Political Science and Law.
