Zhaojie Ding

Zhaojie Ding is a highly experienced software coach and technical expert currently at Huawei since April 2020, leading a development team in enhancing software skills and addressing technical challenges in 5G NR base station software. Prior to this role, Zhaojie served as a technical leader at Cisco Systems from February 2012 to December 2019, where involvement included developing cloud-native broadband router solutions focused on service resiliency and platform infrastructures like Kubernetes. Zhaojie's career began at Ruijie Networks as a senior software engineer from July 2005 to January 2012, contributing to the development of a carrier-class 10G core routing switch and self-developed multi-process RTOS kernel. Zhaojie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Technology from Beihang University, completed in 2005.
