Lau Kok Hung

Mr. Lau Kwok Hung is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is experienced in financial accounting, auditing, tax, company secretarial matter and corporate finance. In particular, he has over ten years of experiences in mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He also obtained a Specialist Qualification (SQ) in Insolvency issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Diploma in International Business Valuation.
