Ms. Karen Tan, born in 1972, Singaporean nationality, holds an MBA degree and a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Wichita State University, Kansas, USA. Over two decades of human resource management experience in Asia Pacific international business, covering leadership development, talent and succession management, employee engagement, organizational development and compensation and benefits management.

Since September 25, 2020, he has served as a director of the ninth board of directors of the company.
