Born in April 1956, Master of Engineering, PhD/postdoctoral fellow in UK, postdoctoral researcher at University College London. 1982-1983, Beijing New Building Materials Factory (Beijing New Building Materials Group) Gypsum Board Branch, Assistant Engineer; 1986-1988, Head of Concrete Laboratory, Institute of Concrete and Building Materials, China Academy of Building Materials; 1988- In 1991, Deputy Director of the Technology Information Center of China Academy of Building Materials; 1998-2002, First Vice President of China Academy of Building Materials; April 2002 to present, full-time Vice President of China Building Materials Federation; June 2006 From March 2007 to now, President of China Concrete and Cement Products Industry Association; From March 2007 to present, Chairman of China Building Blocks Association; From October 2007 to present, Vice Chairman of China Cement Association; From December 2011 to present, China Silicate President of the Society. Since April 2009, he has been an independent director of the company. Since April 2012, he has been the chairman of the company.
