Born in November 1968, Bachelor and Master of Laws from University of International Business and Economics, Master of Laws from New York University School of Law. From 1993 to 1996, he worked in the Legal Department of China Securities Regulatory Commission; from 1997 to 2003, he worked in the New York and Hong Kong offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP; in 2004, he joined Haiwen Law Firm and is now the managing partner of the firm . Mr. Zhang Jiping has more than 25 years of legal work experience, and his business areas mainly include foreign investment, investment mergers and acquisitions, and capital market business. From April 2021, he will serve as an independent director of the company.
