Xinxin Liu joined the Group in September 2012. She is mainly responsible for the sales, loyalty program and information technology. She has previously served as Chief Information Officer. She was the founder and CEO of H-World Information and Technology Co., Ltd., which is an IT company incubated by our Group in November 2013. Prior to joining, Ms. Liu worked in Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell from July 1999 to September 2012, and was the IT head before she left. Ms. Liu received her master’s degree in master of business administration from Fudan University (復旦大學) in the PRC in January 2008, and her bachelor’s degree in economic information management from Beijing Technology and Business University (北京工商大學) (formerly known as Beijing Business Academy (北京商學院)) in the PRC in June 1999.

Under the lease model, the Company directly operates hotels located on leased properties. Under the manachise model, the Company manages manachised hotels through the on-site hotel managers the Company appoints and collects fees from franchisees. Under the franchise model, the Company provides training, reservation and support services to the franchised hotels and collects fees from franchisees.
