Executive Chef at Hub Culture

Freddy Money is an experienced Executive Chef at Hub Culture since November 2015, where responsibilities include building the 'snap' Kaskäad Kitchen experience for major events like COP21 and WEF 2016 while developing culinary concepts for global services in Ibiza, Copenhagen, and New York. Prior to this role, Freddy served as Head Chef at The Dorchester from March 2011 to November 2015, leading the flagship restaurant and working with the Alain Ducasse group in a 3 Michelin star environment. Earlier experience includes the position of Chef de Partie at El Bulli Catering from August 2008 to December 2010, contributing to new projects and developing innovative dishes alongside Paco Roncero. Education was completed at Harrodian.
