Membre Expert Ia& Ethique & Droit at Hub France IA

Ysens de France, PhD, currently serves as Chargée de mission IA auprès du Coordonnateur IA for the Gendarmerie Nationale, focusing on the development and deployment of AI tools, including the creation of an ethical charter and evaluation guides. Concurrently, Ysens is an expert member of Hub FranceIA, contributing to discussions on ethical AI practices and co-leading the initiative on operationalizing the AI Act. Additionally, Ysens holds teaching positions at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Institut Catholique de Paris, and ICES - Institut catholique de Vendée, where the emphasis is on legal, economic, and cultural aspects of AI and international law. Previous experience includes co-directing the Observatoire Ethique & IA and managing sustainability efforts at Institut Sapiens. Ysens earned a PhD from CECOJI Poitiers and holds a degree from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
