Automne Heather

Automne Heather, MBA, CCE has over 20 years of experience in credit and collections management. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Collections Management at Hub Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Credit and Earned Income at Performance Food Group, where they managed credit, collections, and cash posting for a $6 billion division. Before that, they were the Cash Operations Manager at Newly Weds Foods, overseeing credit, collections, cash, billing, and accounts payable. Automne also served as the Senior Director of Credit and Collections at Corcentric, managing a portfolio of 6500 active customers. Furthermore, they have experience as the President/CEO of Collection Connection Corp, providing receivables solutions for various businesses. Automne has a strong background in process improvement, credit analysis, and customer service.

Automne Heather holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Venture Management from the University of St. Thomas. They also have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. In addition to their formal education, Automne has obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University and as a Certified Credit Executive (CCE) from the National Association of Credit Management. They obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2023 and their CCE certification in 2020.
