Shannon McCullough has extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Starting in 2014, Shannon worked at ABF Freight as an Operations Supervisor, ensuring the smooth and efficient loading and unloading of freight. Shannon then moved up to the role of Service Center Manager, overseeing multiple service centers with responsibilities such as recruiting, hiring, and staff development. Shannon successfully achieved significant growth in sales during this time.
In 2018, Shannon joined Roadrunner as a Service Center Manager, taking charge of a 72-door service center and managing its operations to meet revenue and service goals. Shannon continued to excel in this role and was responsible for managing a service center with an average monthly revenue of 1.2 million.
From 2019 to 2022, Shannon served as the Terminal Manager at Hub Group Trucking, where they focused on productivity, service, safety, and driver retention. Shannon also developed and implemented strategies to provide superior service to customers, and they were accountable for the creation and execution of an annual business plan for the terminal.
Currently, Shannon holds the position of Vice President Dedicated Operations at Hub Group. In this role, they are responsible for building and maintaining commercial and operational relationships with the dedicated customer base across the United States. Shannon manages the dedicated trucking service division and plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Shannon McCullough holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), which was obtained from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, Shannon completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Integrated Studies from MTSU between 2012 and 2022. In addition, Shannon has obtained certifications in Executive Management, Project Management - Lean Process, and Six Sigma Green Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2019.
