Carole Riley

Carole Riley is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in sales, service operations, and analytics. Currently serving as the Regional SVP of Employee Benefits Sales & Service Operations at HUB International since January 2022, Carole previously held the position of Regional VP for EB Carrier Marketing & Operations. Prior to joining HUB International, Carole worked at USI Insurance Services as Vice President of Northwest Analytics from June 2020 to January 2022. Carole's career began at USI Kibble & Prentice, where roles included Analytical Team Leader, Senior Benefits Analyst, Benefit Analyst, and Team Coordinator from August 2010 to June 2020. Carole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the UW Foster School of Business, completed between 2005 and 2009.
